How to troubleshoot non-specific errors?

Hi There,

 

I've migrated to a new Mac using migration assistant but see a weird, non-specific error when setting up the syncing of Documents and desktop (see attached). Have clicked 'Try Again' several times.

 

How do I troubleshoot the error and figure out what the issue is?

Hello @Ben S.31, I hope you're having a good start to your week!

Just before you try go through the setup steps, does the sync status of the app show "up to date" or "syncing"?

Also, which version of the app do you have installed at the moment?
