Tried various browsers and devices. The card I'm using is fine.
Same problem here, tried everything, all my different credit cards and paypall but I get "We were unable to process your information..." no matter what, and I use my cards online or paypall every day!
Edit: I waited a day and tried again, and it worked. Don't know why though, so I can't really help anyone else, sorry.

Found the solution! My MasterCard does not allow recurring payments to be attached to it. This is how Dropbox requests the funds when trying to renew subscription. The solution is to cancel your subscription completely, and then upgrade your account – resupplying yoru card details. I just did it, payment went through. Dropbox can you PLEASE look into changing the way you request funds? Clearly some of your clients cannot pay that way!
