when i had ubuntu 16.04 on my computer, I have installed Dropbox desktop version,
and I had local synchronizable Dropbox folder.
But on Ubuntu 18.04 I followed instructions https://www.dropbox.com/ru/install-linux,
and I could not properly install Dropbox desktop.
I press "sign in" in Desktop version, after this action my browser opens and I see Dropbox log in page. I succesfully log in, but after that I can't see created local Dropbox folder.
Maybe, I missed something? Thank you.

and finally I get Dropbox folder on my computer. Magic
Thank you for the help.

Hey @redshift, thanks for reaching out to us here!
You mentioned that you weren't able to properly install the desktop app. Did you receive any error messages when installing or are you just referring to the missing folder?
Could you just double checking if the sign in was successful via the desktop app, and see if it's still showing the "Sign in" option there?
Also, would you mind letting me know a little more about your computer's current set up? You can have a look at the desktop app system requirements from here.
Let me know what you find - thanks!
