I can't find a folder of mine on my iPhone. Any ideas?

I turned on my iPhone X this morning to discover that a folder in my DropBox app is no longer there.  I checked my iPad and the folder is still there as well as current and avialable on dropbox.com .  What did I do to cause this folder on my iPhone to be deleted or hidden?  How can I reverse my error?

Thanks very much for your time and help.

You could also check for incompatible characters (you can use our lookup tool: https://www.dropbox.com/bad_files_check)and/or clearing your mobile app's cache @RJH6154!. To do this on iOS:
1. Navigate to the “Personal” tab
2. Tap the gear icon in the upper-left corner of the screen
3. Select “Clear Cache”

Once this is done then please ensure you log out of the Dropbox application, then restart your device and log back in again.

Let us know what you find!

PS: In case this folder was somehow deleted, you should be able to restore it via your Events page

@RJH6154 have you logged out of the app and back in to see if it reappears?
