I need to be able to listen to jail calls that have been sent to me by dropbox. I downloaded them all, but I cannot play them, I have tried everything.  The only option I get to play them is Windows Media Player, and since the calls are something called " VAC",  Media Player wont play them.  I have no idea what to do, this is  for my job, I have no idea what Im doing wrong. Please help me.

Hey @Pearldrop, welcome to our community!

I’ve done a quick Google search to find out how to handle these files, and see that there are many suggested applications that you might want to try. Since this is outside of our support purview, I’m afraid that I can’t test or recommend any one of these apps, but I can say that you should look for free or trial versions of any program, to make sure it will work for you, before you buy

You may also ask the person who is sending you these files to convert them to a more popular format, and then send them to you

Cheers
