I cannot receive messages in dropbox, what can the store be?

Can you let me know some more info on this so I can fully understand what you're referring to? Are you referring to notifications within Dropbox perhaps?
If you're getting any error messages then please send along a screenshot (excluding any personal info). Also, please let me know what you're trying to achieve and the steps you took so far.
