I can't see my Dropbox files in the Files app. Why?

Explorer | Level 3

I'm still having issues with ios 13 and dropbox/files integration. I've deleted both apps, reinstalled them...and still have an error logging into files. Here is a link to a video of the issue. has anyone solved this problem or have a solution? Thank you.

And you're tapping the ellipsis (three dots) at the top of the screen and selecting Edit, yes? Your video doesn't show that.

Hey @williamlion, I’m here to help, thanks for reaching out on the here!

The video has been really helpful; great job there! I’ve now removed it, since we’re trying to avoid posting personal info on the Dropbox Community, though it looks like you’d like to add Dropbox as a location in your Files app.

Please have a look at the resource I linked here & let me know here if you have more questions for me.

Thanks!

Thanks for you reply... Thanks for taking a look at the video. I cannot add my Dropbox to list of locations, that's the issue. It won't accept any credentials or access the server.

Don't use the Connect to Server option. Instead, tap Edit and you should see Dropbox listed as a location. Tap the switch to enable it.

Yes. I've tried that, it doesn't show up as a location.
