I can't see my business folders when I try to access selective sync settings

Hi, I am a new employee, I have been invited to join, I am on the list of members. However, when I try to access either through the internet login or via the icon/preferences/sync to selective sync, none of the company files are visible. Not sure how to get to accessing the company drop box, help please!

If you’re not seeing any folders when you login to the site, it means you’re not a member of any folders. The admin will need to invite you to these folders, which is a separate process from their end aside from inviting you to the team itself.

Hi Heidi, if you’ve just joined a team, it’s possible they haven’t actually invited you to any team or shared folders yet.
 
Could you check with the team admin to see if this is the case?

Thanks for such a quick reply Jay. I got an invitation and clicked on it, I come up in the team members list now, but otherwise no access. When I try to selective sync, no folder list of company folders shows up.

Jay, thanks so much for the info, I am now in the system. Nowhere in the setup info does it say to do this that I could see! And I read it several times. Cheers.
