I can't sign in on my computer as it shows "there was a problem connecting". Any help?

I can sign in on my iPhone. But can not sign in on my computer.
It says “ there was a problem connecting....”
and I can’t read the rest, it’s too faint against the back ground.

Hi there @Da2020TX, I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with this!

 

Can you just clarify for me, are you trying to sign into your account on your computer via the website or the desktop app? Please send me a screenshot of the error if possible (excluding any personal info).

 

If you're using the desktop app, should you have any antivirus or firewall software installed then please temporarily disable this to see if that does the trick.

 

Let me know and we can go from there!
