I can't start the desktop app and I have the error log.

Hi @jackr; welcome to our Community and thanks for providing the error log you get when you start (or install) our desktop app on your Windows computer.

 

Can you please perform a clean, advanced re-install and let me know if this persists?

Issue resolved. Thanks so much @walter. Must have done 3 re-installs but apparently they only work when you order them!
