I can't sync Dropbox account to desktop

Good Morning Comunity..
I ask you the following: i want to log in from my computer, but when i log in i get the foloowing sign and i cannot link it to my account.. What can it be? I hope someone can help me please. Thank you so much!

Hi there @DGimenez2018, I hope you're well today!

Do you happen to have a Basic account, with 3 devices already connected by any chance? You can check this from your security page here.

Also, are you able to access your Dropbox account via the website without any issue?

Thank you very much for answering!

I have a basic account. The issue is the following, I have a computer the account synchronized correctly. And when I want to link the Dropbox account on another computer, I get that error. The antivirus may be affecting?Edited by moderatorEdited by moderator

Thanks for the screenshot @DGimenez2018!

It could be that something is blocking the connection there, so if you do have any antivirus or firewall on your device, please try temporarily closing these to see if that helps.
