I cannot install dropbox on my computer and I don't know why?

We need more info I'm afraid - why? What happens? Whats the error messages? What does it say/do etc.

I click the download button from dropbox homepage and after it downloaded I click to install. It will freeze on "downloading". then nothing will change. Sometimes it shows that my computer has no internet connection but my connection worked very well. I don't why it showed information like that. Is there any solution?

Hey @Weiwei Ma, it could be that there's a third party app interfering with the installation. 

Could you try temporarily closing any app that could be affecting this, like a security software or antivirus?
