Hi all,

I had no issues earlier, however I am not able to sync  folders on my mac with online. I am not able to untar my files. The connection is broken. I am not sure what to do. I did uninstall and reinstall dropbox. Please assist me on this matter.

Can you let me know if you’re getting any error messages and if so, please can you take a screenshot of this?
 
If not, can you let me know the current sync status and the version of your desktop app

Hi @dmatta15,

Did You try change particular file (gramicidin.tgz) to always local in Smart Sync? So, dynamic download will not be need. After untar or whatever else You can turn its settings back. Try at least...

Hi ,

Thank you for your reply. Yes, I just realize that smart sync will made folder online rather than local. So now I change it to local. I am waiting for it to sync completely. It says an hour. Hopefully this will work!
