I downloaded the desktop app but the install starts and never finishes. Any ideas?

I would like to run Dropbox on 2 Win 10 notebooks and on an Android cellphone.  I am unable to install Dropbox on this notebook.  It downloads and the install starts to run but never finishes.  The computer is up-to-date, MISD and Scannow do not report any integrity issues.  What should I do to install Dropbox on this PC and then go to Settings and change the devices.

Can you try the offline installer from here, to see if that does the trick?

Dropbox downloaded and installed.  I now have it working on both PC and one my cellphone.
