I get an error that the network failed when downloading files through the web. Can you help?

Hi, I'm having issues downloading multiple files from the website that are under 20GB. I get the same download failure - failed network, when attempting to download more than one file.
I've tried clearing my browsing history and still have the same issue. Any assistance with this greatly appreciated. Thanks

P.S I'm unable to download the desktop app due to company policy and sure this would eliminate all issues.

Hey there @RRC-AUS - sorry to hear you're having issues with downloading files from our website. 

At first, can you try an incognito window or another browser and let me know if you get the same error? In case you do, please forward me a screenshot so I can take a better look at the matter at hand.
