I got an email that I'm unsupported but running an updated operating system?

My devices have been updated to the latest Mac OS Mojave version  10.14.4, but I received an email that they are no longer supported. What should I do?

If you received an email about end of support but you're running a currently supported OS, the desktop app might be running in an unsupported configuration, so please ensure to review the list of supported OS
 
If you’re still having some trouble with this, please don’t hesitate to contact our Support team via email due to account-specific info that’d be necessary to look into this matter for you.
