I have an issue logging into my account through the mobile iOS app. Can you help?

Starting from today (16-12-2107) I cannot login (error 500) to DB using iOS app on iPhone and iPad (iOS 11)

If I try to login using browser, all works very well.

Someone can help me?

Have you made sure you are using the most recent versions of Dropbox?

Absolutely yes !
Just installed from App Store !
With same App I can login with my wife account but not with mine !
This is absolutely strange !
Actually no support from Dropbox

Sorry for other replay bere (wrong account but was my replay)
Yes naturally, the app is the most recent version and work with my wife account.
Otherwise my account does'n work in my iPhone and in my Wife iPhone.
The problem is account related...
Any real solution ? (Error 500 from yesterday)

Have you tried using a different password?

I know at some point if it had complicated none-standard ASCII characters in it wouldnt work.

It maybe that it would work if you changed your password to something easy, logged in and then changed it back (it would stay logged in on the iPhone and iPad).

Having the exact same issue as of today, Dec 17, 2017.

 

I'm unable to login to Dropbox on any iOS device with the most current versions of the app.

 

Neither my standard username + password or Google login works - they both return the same Error 500.

An update: I spoke with Dropbox support via chat, and ended up recording a screencast of this issue to pass along to the technical team. She said that it appears to be a problem on their end, which I agree with.

 

Will update here when I receive any responses from the tech team.

Actually, after 48 hours no reply from tech support and I'm unable to reach my documents from my iOS device...
Problems are possible but no reply from support absolutely not ....
