I have some questions about Hellosign. Is this the right place to post?

Hi

I'm not sure if I'm connected to the correct group but I need help with Hellosign. For some drastic can't use it now. It says you get 3 free times per month and this starts a new month. So what's going on?

Hellosign states it allows you 3 free times per month. I have only been able to use it 1 time. And it wouldn’t do anything when I tried the other day. Why is that? I signed in my account clicked on the Hellosign, tried to click start and nothing happened?
