I have two accounts and I'm having trouble logging into the correct one via the desktop app. Help!

I inadvertently have two accounts (one is a  good one the other is a bad one). Unfortunately I signed into the wrong one when I was setting up a new computer today. I can't seem to uninstall the wrong one even thou I've tried everything.
1. How can I uninstall the wrong account?
2. ow can I reinstall the correct account?

Why aren't you able to uninstall or unlink the wrong account? What happens when you try? What error message are you receiving.
