I already had Dropbox passwords app installed and working well on both my PC and Huawei phone but the problem has arisen with my new Huawei Tablet. I installed the app but didnt get the notification on either my phone or my PC to "authorise" it and as a result of this the app on my tablet hasnt/wont sync all the passwords. I have the option to manually enter them but duh I dont wanna do that otherwise what is the point of having it? The Dropbox Support team are just moving me from one person to another - so far they have got me to reboot the tablet, remove both Dropbox and the Passwords Apps then reinstall (dropbox first then passwords) but this hasnt worked. I dont think they know what to suggest. Meanwhile Ive a new tablet not being used as I cant access my stuff.
Has anyone had, and hopefully resolved, this problem please?

I should add that I cant import either - the option to do that isnt in my menu on my tablet

I'm having the same problem with my Pixel 4XL. I get stuck on my "Check your other devise for a notification," but there is no notification on my computer. At one point Dropbox passwords were available on my phone, but that's no longer the case. I would also prefer a single password on my phone for this app. Typing in 12 words is ridiculous, and I don't use the fingerprint "thing." We should have a choice.

Both devices are connected to the Internet consistently, and as far as I know, everything is updated. I tried to send this full message via a reply in Contact, but "Upload failed, please try again." After losing files when trying out the backup/sync app and now this, I'm about ready to give up on Dropbox!
