I keep getting a "Connecting" error

Explorer | Level 3

New PC cannot access existing files. Why not? I downloaded the app several times to no avail.

You have to give us more information to go on. I assume you've installed the app, and not just downloaded it. Are you able to log in? Any error messages? If it just says Connecting..., then go into Dropbox Preferences and make sure the Proxy setting is set to No proxy. Otherwise, you need to give more information before we'll know how to help you.

Hi,

similar problem for me, Have loaded Dropbox on new PC.  Try to connect to set up and after it waits a while, comes back with "No Internet Connection" even though I have conenction.  WHere do I look to change the preferences  of Proxy Settings?  Thanks
