I have two computers & one mobile tel with my account. And if I change files inside one of them - so on a second computer or on the phone I don't always see a change. How to make everyone be in sync?
Thank you
Moshe
Hey there @Zuckerman - welcome to our Community!
At first, we'll need to find the source of this discrepancy so you can keep all files from all of your connected devices synced.
Could you have a look at your devices and let me know if you're running the most recent version of our applications? These would be: 80.4.127 for the desktop application while the mobile one is 158.2.2 for Android users and 158.2 for iOS users.
Also, when it comes to the desktop app on your computers, could you forward me their exact status as shown within your computers' system tray/menu bar? Is it showing 'Up to date' or still syncing changes?
Let me know what you find and we'll take it from there Moshe!

Thanks for the screenshots Moshe!
Could you clarify if you're by any chance using formulas within these Excel files?
Also, can you reproduce this problem with a brand new Excel file as a test?
Let me know what you find!
