Hi @anotherstate, thanks for posting today!

Could you clarify from where you were advised to email the support team?

Regarding the issue you're experiencing, If you're not on a Dropbox Basic plan with more than 3 devices connected, could you try an advanced reinstall of the app using the steps in this link?

Keep me updated with any progress!

Hi, thanks.
I get the prompt at start up. It told me to Copy and to email it told me to email it to this link and I can’t find any support for that message that you saw.
I had a customer ticket with dropbox and it didn’t get resolved (6 months ago) I still get this message ( you see ) and I’m only using no more than three devices. Basic free plan.
