I'm having issues with exporting files on my mobile device

Hello, I do not understand what is happening, I have been working with Dropbox for years and every time my team or I upload a file to our cloud from any computer, I could download the file with the option -export-, however in the menu operations has not been presented for weeks ... I don't know what happened and how can I fix it ... my license is Dropbox Bussines .. Thank you, I appreciate your help.

Hi @Alfredo Larrea; welcome to our Community!

From what I gather, you're missing the option to export your files through our mobile app on your device.

Could you let me know the exact OS of your device and the version of our mobile app used there as well?

Is the export option missing from all types of files or some specific ones only?

Any additional information will be more than welcome, Alfredo!
