i'm having trouble uninstalling dropbox and it just stops there, what do i do?
Please head to https://help.dropbox.com/installs-integrations/desktop/uninstall-dropbox and follow the instructions mentioned there, depending on the operating system you use. As you already attempted a reinstall, I would restart before following the uninstall instructions.
