Hey @TommyWong, thanks for the nudge; have you by any chance been able to update your drivers, following the steps I had included in my initial reply to the OP? If so, could you let me know of the outcome in your next message here if possible?

I downloaded the driver update from Intel and installed. After reboot, the dropbox no longer shows the concerned message
