I upgraded my iOS from 10.9 to 10.10.5. Now I can't sign in

Explorer | Level 3

Last week, I got an error message from Dropbox stating that my iOS is no longer supported and it needs to be 10.10 or higher. Ever since I upgraded my iOS to 10.10.5, the dropbox app is now gray. And when I try to sign in, it says only upto 3 devices are supported. But I know that devices prior to March 2019 are still OK and do not meet the max 3 device rule. And I haven't added any new devices.

Hey again @DrGiladi,

I can see that the agent handling your case recently sent you a reply. Due to the nature of the account specific details being discussed, I’d recommend keeping this discussion ongoing through our Support channel. Please check your inbox at your earliest convenience and let the agent know if you are having any issues with what you are discussing.

Sorry I can’t be of much help here!
