I currently use Dropbox to share files between my personal computer and my work computer. I have another business that wants to share files with me via Dropbox. The two would need to be completely separate. Is that possible?

I've been using Dropbox for years but maybe I don't really know how it works. I have it on my home computer, my work computer and my phone. I freely share information between them. Today I have a business asking to share files with me via Dropbox. I don't want to share anything that is currently in my Dropbox nor do I want them to see it. I do need to share their files and some of my business files with them. Is it possible to keep them separate? If I bring their files into my Dropbox, will they have access to my other files? Is there a way to have two separate Dropbox accounts or can I somehow segregate the files?
