I am on a State of Hawaii Judiciary network with security protocols. Our Judiciary network security team just did a mirror install of Windows 10 (upgraded from Windows 7 ((Drobox worked fine)). Installation was done from an "administrator's" account and worked fine at that time. When I logged into my user account dropbox displays an error message on startup and will not start. Spent several hours reinstalling Dropbox from my user account, with administrator privilege's with no luck. Still get the same error message. The message says, "Couldn't start Dropbox" "Please contact Dropbox support with the following info for help: C:\Users\ROLAND~.LAC\AppData\Local\Temp\dropbox_erroraob4175h.txt
