Installed Dropbox on new PC but having difficulty connecting

I have installed Drop box on my new PC, however everytime I click on the icon and attempt to connect/open the drop box ap

I get the following message:

"Youre computer is currently offline, please check your network connection"

 

Any help would be appreciated. 😞

Hi @GaryClk, thanks for providing these details!

 

Could you check that nothing is preventing the Dropbox desktop application from connecting to the web, such as a firewall?

 

There is a possibility that a proxy, VPN, security software, or even ISP/router issues that could be restricting traffic to the following Dropbox domains. Try the steps in this article to see if they can help.
