Installing an APK seems to be broken again with the release of 136.2.2

I am unable to install an APK from DropBox in the latest version 136.2.2
We use this feature to beta test across several devices. 
This worked fine in the previous version.

Are you getting any specific errors? Does this happen with all .apk files even when you connect to a different Wi-Fi network?

i was using hotspot internet of my brother's phone. let me check with another wifi or 3g network
