Hi, I am a Ruby on Rails developer.
I want to download a shared remote file in Ruby on Rails.
The file is in other's Dropbox folder.
I know
dl = 1: force file to download in browser
raw = 1: force file to get raw content
But I had no luck to download files in Ruby on Rails.
Anyone can help?
Hi @codemicky; welcome to our Community!
You referred to shared links to files and the way to force the browser to download the content they link to instead of rendering it for preview, but I'm not exactly sure what's not working for you; could you elaborate a tad or post any code sample that you might be using so I can have a better look into this?
Thanks a bunch!
Walter
