Issues syncing dropbox over wifi (no issue using hotspot)

Hi there, 

I am having issues syncing my dropbox app over wifi but have no issues when using data hotspot. It seems to work fine with browser.

It looks like there was a similar case but the answer was not posted:

I'll just need a bit more info to make sure I have a better understanding of your concern, such as:

• Have you tried connecting to a different WiFi network?
• Do you notice this issue with other devices as well?

Hi @Lusil,

The dropbox is able to sync over my office wifi but is unable to do so over my home wifi. 

I don't have dropbox other than on my work device (Mac) so I can't try out on other devices.

Hi @CCY1, it sounds like there is a possibility that a proxy, VPN, firewall, security software, or even ISP/router issues that could be restricting traffic to the following Dropbox domains on your home network.

I'd recommend checking out each of these to see what could be causing the issue.
