I have installed the new version of Dropbox app on my window pc about a month ago. I have noticed that my folder sharing person would not get revisions that I have saved on my computer. Here is what I am having trouble with. 

1. On my desktop dropbox folder, everything is normal. I have no problem with the storage capacity either.

2. Files would not sync due to the app trying to connect to the internet. It shows as "connecting..." with blue circle and arrow rotating.

3. My internet connection is fine.

4. I have restarted my computer but did not help.

5. I have turned off Early release button as suggest also.

I really need help to sort this one out.

Yes, it worked!

It was my Bitdefender Security software!

I suspended it for 30 minutes and tried to sync, and it worked.

Hi there @JJWV2003, thanks for reaching out, and awesome work on the troubleshooting!

 

Could you also try temporarily closing or disabling any security software or antivirus that could be hindering the desktop app from running accordingly?
