Posted this problem on the apple forums (Link below) and ive been told this is a dropbox issue.
Ive been using Dropbox for years as a paid member and this has never happened.
How can this be fixed?

Did you get the chance to try out the steps that were suggested to you there, like starting up in Safe mode and even uninstalling the Dropbox desktop app to see if there's any difference?

This is happening for me too. Daily kernel panics, always when dropbox is syncing. A resolution for this issue would be appreciated

Can you let me know if you've tried the steps I've mentioned above? If so, does this only occur when the desktop app is running?
Also, can you send along an error log report? You should be able to find the log under /Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports.
