I keep getting "Can't connect. Make sure you're online" from android app. No problem signing in with PC.

Hi @D_Z723; thanks for joining our Community and sorry to hear you're having issues with using the mobile app on your Android device.

 

Can you please let me know your device's OS and if you've ensured that it's meeting our minimum requirements for the mobile app? Specifically, is it on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) or later?

 

In case you're running the mobile app on a supported environment and still get this error, please send me a screenshot so that I can have a visual as well.

Also, if you are on the Basic plan, you may have reached the 3-device limit.

I also tried:

Logging in on another WiFi.

Uninstalling and re-installing the app.

Disconnected every device in '' tab - had only one.

 

I don't sign in with Google or Apple.

Yes, you should receive a notification to that effect.
