Mac OSX install stalls on new MacBook

I download the installer, double click on the Icon which places Dropbox in Applications, but the log-in screen that pop-up log in screen shows a blank white screen and doesn't connect. I have redownloaded the installer many time, uninstalled, rebooted, and still a blank screen.  I have no firewall blocking the way...very strange.

Hey @macjonesneedshelp, thanks for posting on our Community and happy Monday!

Do you perhaps have any security apps or VPN on your computer that could be blocking Dropbox from running correctly?

If so, can you please temporarily disable them or whitelist Dropbox on them to see if that helps?
