I am a Mac user that uses Dropbox on both Mac and PC. I recently transferred everything off of an old iMac to a new iMac, and now I can't open Dropbox on the new iMac. I get a dialog box suggesting it might be a permissions error, with a link that provides the following info. Any suggestions?
Sorry for my delay, but with everything happening with the Corona Virus, I hadn't been able to get back to this problem until today. I made sure any protection software was off and tried reinstalling, but no success. I am on the free basic plan, and was over the device limit, which I have since narrowed to the required three, but still no success.
