Please see screenshot attached...I cannot get Smart Sync to work anymore in MacOS Big Sur (reproduced on Beta 5, 6, and 7). I'm currently running Dropbox version 105.4.651. Is there a new Dropbox beta version that fixes Smart Sync?
Hello @GregorBeyerle, I hope you're well today!
Can you let me know if the issue is similar to what another user reported here?
If not, please provide me with some more info on this as I'm not sure exactly what issue you're having here.
It seems the screenshot you mentioned wasn't attached in your post. Could you send this over again, or even share a link to the screenshot?
Keep me posted!

I am having exactly the same problems. Smart Sync not working. Constantly displays message "Smart Sync is experiencing an issue…" Tried deleting Dropbox and reinstalling. Tried 'solution' referred to in post above. Problem persists. Cannot change files from local to online storage. Online chat could not solve the problem.
Hey Graham, didn't you just post on the linked thread that this actually solved your issue?
I thought it had, but it hadn't. I added a further comment to say that the problem still persists.
Gotcha. I added another comment with the solution that worked for me. Hope it helps you out.
