My Dropbox application can’t connect to internet on my IPad

Every time I try to sign in with my IPad to my Dropbox it says unable to connect.

I read similar problems where people just turned their cellular data on, but my iPad doesn't have cellular data, so how may I fix this.

Does the iPad fulfill our requirements in order to run the app?

If it does, could you reinstall the Dropbox app on your iPad and let me know if this lets you connect? 

Please share a screenshot of the error you are getting with me here (without any personal information) if the above does not help, and also let me know the iPad model you are using.

We can take it from there.
