My Dropbox won't sync after a Windows 10 update

HELP!!!

I have been using Dropbox for a year now, no problem.  Just did an update on Windows 10 and I can't get dropbox to sync.  Getting error that Windows can't find.  When I try to uninstall it won't let me.  I have been on with Microsoft for over 2 hours and they say it is a Dropbox issue.  Don't know what to do next.

Here is what the error says:

 

Windows cannot find  C:\Program files (x86)\Dropbox\Client\Dropbox.exe

 

This happened after the Windows 2004 update.  Microsoft says they cannot help.  This is a dropbox issue.  I have tried uninstalling.  I won't even uninstall.

In this case, could you also try out an advanced reinstall? Maybe that will do the trick. 
 
Please bear in mind that if you're on a Basic (free) account, there's a limit of three devices and you'll have to make sure that you've got less than that connected to proceed.

I had already tried advanced install.  NOTHING has worked.
