My File Explorer is showing the old folders

My File Explorer is showing the old folders

New member | Level 2

I can see my teams dropbox folders on the web browser but they are not updating on the File Explorer. I tried uninstalling the app then re-installing and it shows my current name but still the old folders and it also says that I am the only member.

Anybody know how I can sync up to my File Explorer from the web browser?

Thanks

-Bill

Re: I need help

Dropboxer

Hi there @Bill19, let's see what we can do here.

The first step is to check what the syncing status of the desktop app is.

Could you hover over the Dropbox icon that's next to your computer's clock and let me know what it shows?

Looking forward to hearing back from you!
