My desktop app is showing an error that it "Can't sync" after leaving a business trial, any ideas?

I have lost all access to dropbox files on my computer, a window is popping up saying "can't sync dropbox....your account cant be updated to leave the shared workspace because some files are being used by other applications"

For background, I already had a basic dropbox account, tried the 30 day free trial of the business account, when it ran out this started happening. No files are open.

Hey there @782,

Can you let me know if you've tried restarting your device since cancelling the Business trial? Restarting the computer will refresh the desktop app and might just do the trick.

If the issue still persists after this, then can you please try unlinking your account from the desktop app and then linking it again by signing back in.
