Hi there @Jaketnt, thanks for reaching out to us and I'm sorry to hear about your frustration.
First off, great work on the troubleshooting you've carried out so far with out, it definitely helps with narrowing down our investigation.
Since you mention that you received assistance from our technical support, I was able to locate the ticket in question and can see that it's with a specialized member of the team.
In the meantime, could you send me a screenshot (without any personal info) of what you see when you click on the Dropbox icon that's next to your computer's clock?

Part 2
Once again as expected, the dropbox app stopped syncing and it's been stuck syncing/indexing for over 3 days. I'm stuck, can't do my work, I'm so frustrated and fed up with dropbox and their faulty program, it is costing money and my productivity has gone the drain. Customer service has once again escalated the problem to advanced technical support and I haven't received any response in 48 hours+ after contacting them. Furthermore, advanced technical support obviously hasn't been able to address the root of the problem in two prior instances, The only solution they seem to offer is to keep downloading dropbox all over again. If they don't offer a real solution this time around to what appears to be a basic problem, I'm going to have to get rid of dropbox and switch over to another reliable cloud storage provider.
