My files are still being saved in my previous location

Hi,

I had a dropbox business account and it setup on my laptop with a myteams folder so my file path would be C:\Users\Name\Your team Dropbox\Barry Higgins. I downgraded to Dropbox Plus, but all my files are still saving into the locaation above.

I have tried to move the folder location on the Dropbox App, but it is greyed out and there is no 'move' button to change the location.

Hey @barry2010, could you please provide elaborate a bit on this?
 
For example, could you clarify if the Dropbox folder kept the name of the team instead of reverting to simply “Dropbox”?
 
Additionally, if the desktop app isn’t running, could you please ensure if there are any third-party apps that could be blocking or hindering the desktop app from running, like an antivirus? In this case, could you try temporarily disabling your antivirus or security program, or check that you have configured your firewall to work with Dropbox.
 
Any additional details and screenshots (without any personal info) illustrating the behavior in question would be very helpful. Thanks in advance!
