My mobile app has stopped uploading images to my account

Hello

I need help as I don't know what to do. I have searched on line and can't find what I need. I have drop box on my laptop and as an app on my phone. When I got this new laptop I synched the phone app to the laptop so when I took photos on my phone they automatically downloaded to the drop box on my laptop. 

This stopped a few months ago and now I have to add the photos to the drop box app on my phone which in turn download on my laptop. 

Can someone please tell me how I go about getting the photos automatically downloaded to the dropbox on my laptop please?

How much free space do you have on your phone?

Could you try disabling and re-enabling camera uploads on your device to see if this helps?
