I’ve recently reinstalled Dropbox after a OS reinstall and my previously shared links are not working. I would like to know what is the cause of this and how I should have reinstalled Dropbox.
Hi again @Mohamed Sobah; I think I replied to you on another thread a little while ago.
As I also mentioned there, your shared links should be working normally and can't be affected at all when/if you reinstall our apps on any of your devices.
If that's not the case for you, I'd appreciate a screenshot of the error(s) you get and a sample problematic shared link of yours so I can test it out on my end.
