My smartphone is not auto uploading pictures to my drop box acct. I have a Samsung Note9

It used to auto upload but now it does not to my dropbox on my computer or cloud.

Hi there, could you check that camera uploads is enabled in the settings of the Dropbox mobile app, and that your device has over 30% battery, if that option is selected there.

Hi there, could you check that camera uploads is enabled in the settings of the Dropbox mobile app, and that your device has over 30% battery, if that option is selected there.

I figured it out.  The camera upload switch was turned off in my cell phone app.  thanks anyways Dropbox mobile.
