Older versions of Dropbox are generally no longer available, nor are they supported.

If you had previously installed that version of Dropbox on your iOS device, then the App Store may offer to install it when you try to install the latest version. You would receive a prompt to download an older version that's compatible. If you don't receive that prompt when you go to install Dropbox, then the older version is not available to you.
