New Mac Transferred Data - Permissions Error

Hi Dropbox support,

 
We've been though the Dropbox forum and followed the guidelines here: https://www.dropboxforum.com/t5/Dropbox-installs-integrations/changed-home-folder-name-now-db-will-n...
 
However, the issue is still there. 
 
We cannot seem to contact dropbox support, even though we are a paying customer. 
 
We've transferred data from a previous old mac to a new one. 
 
Any suggestions on this please?

There is a text file that Dropbox has provided me with, that contains the full error. Let me know where to upload this.

Hi @Simonn, if you're not on a Dropbox Basic plan with more than 3 devices connected, could you try an advanced reinstall of the app using the steps in this link?

Thanks for getting back to me, Simon!

I actually want to see the error log, so I'll need you to click on the blue hyperlink on the error message for the log to appear and then take a screenshot of that.
